Worthington, Dublin, and Powell are all easily accessible to all the good interstate highways and infrastructure in Columbus. They've got outstanding schools, they have great downtown communities with wonderful little boutique shops and restaurants, and all sorts of things to do for families, wonderful recreation centers where all your families can go and enjoy all kinds of different activities. Why on earth would anyone want to relocate to Columbus, OH? Well, let me tell you why there are a myriad of reasons. There is nothing quite like good old middle America, and that’s what Columbus is. Our cost of living is one of the most affordable in the country; in fact, the average sales price for a SFM home in Columbus is only $165,000! Above and beyond our reasonable cost of living, we have a lot happening here! We’re the state capital, the home of The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!) and we are the headquarters for a number of corporate giants like Nationwide Insurance, Honda of America, The Limited Corporation, and Wendy’s Restaurants. We are a major hub for distribution and one of our two international airports is a multi-modal cargo airport that features freight forwarders and cargo airlines such as FedEx, UPS, Evergreen International, Kalitta and Atlas. We’re the home of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets.
